It’s possible to have all the money and fame in the world and still be miserable, unhappy, and lost. Here are some, but not all, pillar descriptions we work on to develop and improve our leadership and agents within our organization.
Professional Pillar
Professional success isn’t always about climbing a corporate ladder, being the best of the best or having a title on an email or business card. It’s about doing what you were made to do for a living and loving what you do. Real estate careers aren’t always easy and sometimes require a tremendous amount of focus, dedication, and discipline. We focus on developing the career that you want and desire. Our leadership team finds it incredibly important and rewarding to have the right people in place to help facilitate the best career for whatever the agent wants to discover along their journey and adventure called life. We want to help by enriching an agent's passions and natural skill sets.
Financial Pillar
Money isn’t everything, but it is important. We need to support ourselves and pay our bills. Money also brings the opportunity to invest, increase the other pillars, and make an impact. Fiscal Responsibility is a big part of what we are trying to achieve at Propnetics. Starting with baby steps of financial budgeting to the savvy investor, there are always ways to improve our finances. It is important to not run out of cash, stay out of debt, and make investments consistent with strengthening your pillars of life.
Physical Health
We would like you to ask yourself, what good are all the accomplishments if I don’t have my health physically or emotionally? Your physical health, some would say, is the most important pillar of life. Our brokerage believes in some level of physical exercise, whether that's an intense workout or just a casual stroll daily. Some form of activity in the day-to-day minutia will help lower stress, improve brain health, enhance mindset, manage weight, and improve ability in day to day activities.
Emotional Health
Emotional health is extremely important. Emotional health can help determine our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a positive way. What we think about can be driven by our emotions in either a positive or negative way. Some ways we try to help increase the emotional pillar is by promoting meditations, breathing exercises, journaling, coaching and counseling.
Relationship Pillar
Life can be difficult and lonely without healthy relationships. We don’t just mean romantic, though that is important. We are talking about all of the relationships that one should have: family, close friends, a network, etc. Relationships are crucial to a whole life success plan. We truly believe that Jim Rohn said it best, “You're the average of the five people spend the most time with,” We want to help facilitate world-class relationships.
Spiritual Pillar
This pillar can look completely different to anyone/everyone reading this section. We are not here to evangelize a particular religion or spirituality. We believe this pillar is very individualistic and personal to whomever is pursuing this part of the journey. Unfortunately society traditionally has a low value for the pursuit of deeper revelation, meaning, and purpose. We believe that you will not find purpose, fulfillment, or meaning if you don’t seek to understand some sort of “higher power." Until you commit yourself to something, you might not understand your highest purpose.
